Heyl
Rebecca
Heyl is one of Underwood & Associates’ newest
members. She became an associate in December 2002 and specializes
in the development of targeted marketing programs that support
annual and capital campaigns.
Heyl
founded Rebecca Heyl Communications in January 2002 following
a 20-year career as a marketing professional with San Diego-based
companies and the United Way.
Throughout
the years, Heyl has focused on creating programs that improve
image and increase visibility. Her clients have included:
Great News! Discount Cookware & Cooking School; YWCA
(San Francisco & Marin); Vietnam Veterans of San Diego;
Neurosciences Institute; NoIndoctrination.org; San Diego
Food Bank and San Diego Society for Human Resource Management,
among others.
During
the first half of her career, Heyl worked with Nuffer, Smith,
Tucker and Phillips-Ramsey (Campbell-Mithun). Her clients
included WD-40, San Diego Trust & Savings Bank; National
University and the Workforce Partnership. While at United
Way, she served more than 300 local non-profits.
Heyl
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism (with a PR
Emphasis) from San Diego State University. |
